9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pub444 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pub444's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

11.3 Funds on Closed Accounts

If a pub444 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus amounts will be returned to the player.
